The Lifepak CR2 Essential Fully Auto AED uses simple graphics, audible instructions and automated features to help inform the AED operator when using this AED. This defibrillator (AED) uses a metronome to set an effective pace; users are audibly guided through the resuscitation process for an adult or—with the push of a button—for a child

Advisory Statements:

  1. call 000 immediately and ask for an ambulance if you suspect someone has had a sudden cardiac arrest; and
  2. an AED will only deliver a shock to a person with a shockable rhythm; and
  3. follow any verbal or visual prompts displayed on the AED until medical treatment arrives; and
  4. additional emergency treatment such as CPR and rescue breaths may be required until medical treatment arrives
